Plain-English summary
This is a free hobby project that automates Spotify playlist creation. Use it responsibly, don't abuse it, and understand that it's provided as-is with no guarantees.
Who can use this service
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and have a valid Spotify account. By connecting your Spotify account you agree to these terms and to Spotify's Terms of Service.
What this service does
- Once a month, it reads your top Spotify tracks from the last 4 weeks using the Spotify API.
- It creates a new playlist in your Spotify library.
- If you opt in, it sends you an email recap with your top artists and a link to the playlist.
What this service does NOT do
- It does not delete or modify any of your existing playlists.
- It does not post anything publicly on your behalf.
- It does not share your data with anyone except as described in our Privacy Policy.
- It does not charge you anything.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your Spotify account in good standing.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer this service.
- Do not use this service for any commercial or automated scraping purpose.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We'll stop creating playlists. Your existing playlists in Spotify will not be touched — they belong to you.
Disclaimer
This service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We're not responsible if Spotify changes their API, a playlist fails to generate, or an email doesn't arrive. We do our best but cannot guarantee uptime or perfect delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability to you is zero dollars (this is a free service).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll update the “last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the service means you accept any updates.
